Current Exhibition:

Framed, The World of Comics
November 9, 2009-February 13, 2010
Reception: November 12, 2009, 5-7pm

Framed is an exhibition of comic book art, comic inspired murals and installations created by Columbia College students.  Framed is an attempt to present the beauty and versatility of the comic as expressive media in a way that escapes people's preconceptions or bias.  As part of the exhibition, students from Jacqueline Penrod's set design class will be designing and constructing stage sets in the Hokin Gallery inspired by the work of Columbia College Comic book artists.  Organized by DEPS.
